Young KRISSY brings her imaginary friend, GOOSALA GOOP to life with her wild and unlimited imagination. Her desire to learn about trolls takes the two of them to breathtaking surroundings in Sweden where they meet a friendly community of trolls.

They learn that a wicked troll guarding a limited supply of valuable berries, captures a human being who dares to venture into his forest. Krissy, Goosala Goop and a small team of trolls embark on an adventure to save the captive. Various rescue options are considered but ultimately they resort to using Goosala Goop's magic ability to transform himself into a wolf to gain access to the cave where the captive is being held. Two ferocious wolves guarding the entrance make this rescue tricky and dangerous, especially for Goosala Goop!
